class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 align=\"justify\"><em>Busca promover inversiones compatibles con el desarrollo social y la diversificaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, el aprovechamiento sustentable de los recursos naturales y la producci\u00f3n primaria de la Provincia.<\/em><\/h6><h6 align=\"justify\"><em>Tiene como objetivo impulsar las zonas de menor desarrollo de la Provincia, poniendo<strong> \u00e9nfasis en el prop\u00f3sito de sostener el empleo existente, e impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos empleos y oportunidades de trabajo genuino.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BENEFICIARIOS<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 align=\"justify\">Las personas humanas o jur\u00eddicas privadas, p\u00fablicas o mixtas, que se encuentren regularmente constituidas, radicadas en el \u00e1mbito de la provincia de Jujuy, e incorporen mano de obra e insumos locales.<\/h6>\n<h4><b><i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ACTIVIDADES PROMOVIDAS<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Procesos industriales de agregado de valor que por el tipo de actividad y por su magnitud requieran mano de obra intensiva.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades referidas a big data, industria 4.0, software factory y desarrollo de software.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades vinculadas a la investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo e innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y biotecnol\u00f3gica.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades de econom\u00eda del conocimiento referidas en la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 27.506 &#8220;R\u00e9gimen de Promoci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda del Conocimiento&#8221;, modificada por la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 27.570, y las que en el futuro la modifiquen y\/o reemplacen.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades comprendidas en la cadena de valor de las empresas mineras.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades de Hoteler\u00eda de alta categor\u00eda y\/o de categor\u00eda Premium.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades comprendidas en la Ley N\u00b0 6250 &#8220;Ley Audiovisual de la Provincia de Jujuy&#8221;.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6>Actividades desarrolladas dentro de Zonas Francas que se establecieran en la provincia.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>La enunciaci\u00f3n no es taxativa, por lo cual se podr\u00e1n incorporar otras actividades no aludidas.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b><i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PLAZO DE LOS BENEFICIOS<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 align=\"justify\">Los beneficiarios del presente r\u00e9gimen podr\u00e1n recibir los beneficios detallados por un plazo de hasta diez (10) a\u00f1os.<\/h6>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b><i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FORMA DE OTORGAMIENTO DE LOS BENEFICIOS<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 align=\"justify\">Los beneficios podr\u00e1n otorgarse mediante certificados de Cr\u00e9dito Fiscal y\/o dinero en efectivo, los que podr\u00e1n ser transferibles total o parcialmente por \u00fanica vez y ser aplicados al pago de obligaciones tributarias con el Estado Provincial.<\/h6>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b><i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> REQUISITOS<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarios del presente r\u00e9gimen, quienes hayan generado una ampliaci\u00f3n de su capacidad productiva, manufacturera o de servicios.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 align=\"justify\">A fines de medir la ampliaci\u00f3n de la capacidad productiva, deber\u00e1 cumplir con:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ampliaciones efectivas y verificables en los activos (fijos, bienes de capital y\/o activos intangibles) afectados a la producci\u00f3n. El porcentaje requerido en aumento de activos ser\u00e1 determinado de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por la presente Ley y el Decreto Reglamentario conforme a la inversi\u00f3n, tama\u00f1o y\/o impacto en la Provincia.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haber generado nuevos puestos de trabajo, verificables a trav\u00e9s del formulario AFIP F931. El porcentaje podr\u00e1 variar de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por la presente Ley y por el Decreto Reglamentario conforme a la inversi\u00f3n, tama\u00f1o y\/o impacto en la Provincia.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"justify\">Las empresas que se relocalicen en los agrupamientos industriales que fueran debidamente habilitadas, y cumplan con lo establecido por el Registro Nacional de Parques Industriales (RENPI) o de servicios creados o a crearse en el marco de la Ley N\u00b0 5670, sus modificatorias o las que en el futuro las modifiquen, y\/o dentro de las Zonas Francas de la Provincia, gozar\u00e1n de preferencia en los beneficios de la presente Ley.<\/h6>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b><i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BENEFICIOS PROMOCIONALES<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Exenci\u00f3n de tributos provinciales existentes o reducci\u00f3n en el Impuesto a los Ingresos Brutos, Impuesto de Sellos e Impuesto Inmobiliario<\/strong>, con estabilidad fiscal, de un porcentaje de la tasa espec\u00edfica de la actividad, nomenclada en el C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Provincia..\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><strong>Reintegro de hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del monto de las inversiones efectivamente realizadas y consolidadas en el Proyecto de Inversi\u00f3n ejecutado.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reintegro de hasta el cien por ciento (100%) de las sumas efectivamente abonadas en concepto de contribuciones patronales por el nuevo personal incorporado en la modalidad de contrato por tiempo indeterminado.<\/strong>\n<strong>Los usuarios de actividades desarrolladas dentro de Zonas Francas en la Provincia<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n gozar del presente beneficio, acreditando un proyecto de inversi\u00f3n a ejecutar, desde el momento de su radicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reintegro de hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del monto efectivamente abonado en concepto de impuesto a las ganancias. <\/strong>Dicho reintegro ser\u00e1 de hasta el sesenta por ciento (60%) del monto efectivamente abonado cuando como m\u00ednimo el sesenta por ciento (60%) de las utilidades que originaron dicho impuesto se destinen a la reinversi\u00f3n verificable en activos. &#8211;<strong>\nLos usuarios de actividades desarrolladas dentro de Zonas Francas en la Provincia, <\/strong>tendr\u00e1n un reintegro de hasta un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del monto abonado en concepto de impuesto a las ganancias. Dicho reintegro ser\u00e1 de hasta el ochenta por ciento (80%) del monto efectivamente abonado cuando como m\u00ednimo el sesenta por ciento (60%) de las utilidades que originaron dicho impuesto se destinen a la reinversi\u00f3n verificable en activos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reintegro de hasta diez puntos porcentuales (10%) de la tasa de inter\u00e9s aplicable por bancos comerciales del sistema financiero, por cr\u00e9ditos tomados para capital de trabajo durante el periodo de ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de inversi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><strong>Reintegro de hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las comisiones abonadas por los avales otorgados para cr\u00e9ditos destinados a proyectos de inversi\u00f3n ejecutados en la Provincia de Jujuy, tomados en bancos comerciales del sistema bancario y\/o instrumentos financieros negociados en el mercado de capitales.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6><strong>Asistencia y asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico por parte de los organismos del Estado.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #542141;\"><b> <i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TOPES DE BENEFICIOS<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10% de la partida presupuestaria anualmente.-<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% del Proyecto de Inversi\u00f3n.-<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8ac8e3c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8ac8e3c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-48a49c2\" data-id=\"48a49c2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
